24 Hour Cancellation Policy


Eligible bookings that are made at least seven (7) days prior to departure may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. This is subject to applicable regulations and fare conditions.



Note: Although the airline or travel provider can approve a full refund, TicketoTrip will charge a service fee for handling manual cancellation requests, where applicable.


General Refund Guidelines


Provider Rules: Refunds are subject to the airline or travel provider’s fare rules and policies. Non-refundable bookings may only be eligible for a refund of applicable taxes and government-imposed charges only.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed back to the payment method used within 7 to 10 business days.

No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel before the departure or do not show up for the scheduled trip, your booking may become non-refundable in accordance with provider policies.
